We had an excellent experience working with Dylan. He is truly dedicated to what he does and helping his clients find the best property within their guidelines. We changed our criteria a lot and Dylan adapted to each new request. He is a genuinely good person, and has great connections to make the buying process as smooth as possible.

Dylan went above and beyond, from helping me find tenants to selling my house while I was across the country. He the small details and made the whole process seamless. I would highly recommend Dylan if your looking to sell or purchase your next home.

We were wanting to move in a relatively short amount of time due to a new job opportunity. We were referred to Dylan and we are so glad we were. As we were purchasing in somewhat of a rush, Dylan was available that night as well as the next three days to visit a multitude of homes with us. He was pleasant and professional. Purchasing a home can be stressful at times but I can honestly say it was fun working with Dylan on this purchase. He was available for questions the whole time, even while out of the country. I would certainly recommend Dylan and his team to anyone who is looking to buy or sell in the Ottawa/Gatineau area.

Hands down, Dylan deserves all the stars! He is more than helpful, very attentive to detail and focuses on what you want oppose to what he wants to offer you. My property purchase experience was fantastic, as he stuck by my side every step of the way and offered me not only his professional opinion, but his personal opinion as well, which never conflicted with my goal of purchasing a house. Rather, his insight aided me in making an informed/confident decision. I can safely say I would recommend Dylan 1000 times over! Plus, I would definitely buy more property with Dylan in the near future. I’m conclusion, if you are looking for more than just a house and you are trying to buy a home, Dylan’s your guy!

My wife and I highly recommend Dylan as an agent for the following reasons. We went to visit different properties on the edge of Lac des Sables in the Falcon Ridge project located in Notre Dame du Laus with Dylan in October 2022, in order to build our dream house. Certainly, we wanted to make sure we picked the best property and so we spent a lot of time with Dylan and asked him a lot of questions. Dylan is patient, attentive, friendly, committed and has a human side so it's easy for him to develop relationships. He is proactive, efficient and always available. Even though Dylan represented the owners of the project, we immediately felt confident with Dylan, a great connection was made on our first meeting. I even went back with Dylan to revisit the property we had in mind and stayed for over 2 hours as I wanted to make sure we made the right choice and at no time did I feel any pressure from Dylan, he was present with me and I could ask him questions. In addition, Dylan is a nature lover and this helped us a lot in choosing our property. A big thank you to Dylan for his excellent advice, his presence and his patience. Dylan est patient, à l’écoute, sympathique, engagé et a un côté humain donc c’est facile pour lui de développer des relations. Il est proactif, efficace et toujours disponible. Même si Dylan représentait les propriétaires du projet, nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite en pleine confiance avec Dylan, une belle connexion s’est faite dès la première rencontre. Je suis même retourné avec Dylan revisiter le terrain et je suis resté pour plus de 2 heures de temps car je voulais m’assurer que nous faisions le bon choix de terrain et en aucun temps est-ce que j’ai senti de pression de Dylan, il était présent avec moi et je pouvais lui poser des questions. De plus, Dylan est un aimant de la nature et ceci nous a beaucoup aidé à choisir notre terrain. Un gros merci à Dylan pour ces excellents conseils, sa belle présence et sa patience.
