<p><br /> I was impressed right from the get go with Doug. We were wanting to move from BC to Cochrane and he had sent us a video about himself and the existing market in Cochrane at that time. Doug kept us up to date with the fluctuating market and available houses within our price range and preferred location. Doug was prompt in meeting us and getting house showing within our tight availability. He presented the pros/cons on homes we had interest in and didn’t have a problem in telling us on some homes that it wouldn’t be in our best interest to purchase even though we liked the home, and I thank him for that especially what we finally ended up purchasing. Doug was prompt in getting a reputable home inspector in and also looking into issues that had to be signed off on in a timely fashion he seemed to always seemed to be ahead of the game. Doug has a very calm presence about himself and everyone knows purchasing a home is very stressful he brought that stress factor down. I highly recommend Doug to anybody thinking of moving into the Cochrane area.</p>
