If you want to sell your home, I would suggest using Doug. He help my wife and I understand the complexities of selling a home and asking the right dollar amount based on current market. He also has a working relationship with a home staging expert who helped us out to stage our home with our own belongings and a few low dollar items from craft stores. It was a pleasure to say the least.
