<p>We had an excellent experience with Doug. As first time home buyers who were looking to move across the province in a very short time frame we were very nervous about the home buying process. Doug made everything easy for us and assured us that our goal to move in such short time was possible. His expertise on the real estate market in Cochrane as well as current home values and market status was also a huge help. Doug also provided us with many contacts for home inspections, lawyers and home insurance brokers etc. He was always more than willing to answer all of our questions even if they weren't pertaining directly to the home purchase itself and was always available regardless of what time/day it was.</p> <p>We would highly recommend Doug to anyone looking to buy a home!</p>

Doug was a pleasure to have as my Realtor. He was very informative to the market trends. He had a news video and letter monthly which was very informative and helpful to know what has going on with the market and other tips on staging your home for showing appeal. Even though the market has been very slow, I had lots of interest and showings of my place. If you want a stand up guy who is very knowledgeable and professional and honest then Doug is the Realtor you want.

<p><br /> I was impressed right from the get go with Doug. We were wanting to move from BC to Cochrane and he had sent us a video about himself and the existing market in Cochrane at that time. Doug kept us up to date with the fluctuating market and available houses within our price range and preferred location. Doug was prompt in meeting us and getting house showing within our tight availability. He presented the pros/cons on homes we had interest in and didn’t have a problem in telling us on some homes that it wouldn’t be in our best interest to purchase even though we liked the home, and I thank him for that especially what we finally ended up purchasing. Doug was prompt in getting a reputable home inspector in and also looking into issues that had to be signed off on in a timely fashion he seemed to always seemed to be ahead of the game. Doug has a very calm presence about himself and everyone knows purchasing a home is very stressful he brought that stress factor down. I highly recommend Doug to anybody thinking of moving into the Cochrane area.</p>
