In an uncertain time and uncertain market we feel we are lucky to Have Doug helping us through this. Outstanding professionalism and calm at every step from beginning to end. Our house sold so fast (1 Day) and we got a very fair price. Very professional, if I gave very short notice for a viewing because of work he would always make it happen for me. Recommended and advised me in the right direction every step of the way. He knows all of the subdivisions in Cochrane very well.

Doug was a pleasure to have as my Realtor. He was very informative to the market trends. He had a news video and letter monthly which was very informative and helpful to know what has going on with the market and other tips on staging your home for showing appeal. Even though the market has been very slow, I had lots of interest and showings of my place.
