Doug was very professional, he had a great knowledge of the market and it was a very efficient transaction. He was able to do viewings, walkthroughs and take possession even when I was unavailable.

I recently relocated from Ontario to Cochrane. Doug was instrumental in finding us a house that met all of our wants and needs (there was a lot) and very quickly. He kept me aware of sale trends and of potential of riskier areas. This was my first purchase on my own and their was a lot of guidance and info required. Doug went beyond his job as a real estate agent and he gave a list of lawyers, property inspectors etc to assist in the purchase. Upon final inspection he was meticulous in assisting me in going over things and finding anything. Because of Doug I felt very relaxed during the whole process. His knowledge is outstanding and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new home. I know I will not hesitate to have him be my agent again. Regards, Laurie
