Doug is professional, honest in communications and an overall nice person, he is by far the best agent we have worked in our experience buying/selling seven homes in 30 years. He made the process of selling our Calgary home as easy as possible. Prior to listing a full explanation of his services as well as what we needed to do to best present our home for sale was provided, and completed as expected. Doug provided a sound marketing strategy based on the current market and time of year as well as ongoing advice through out the sale process. Doug's services include an excellent home stager (Cindy) who we worked with via telephone and exchange of pictures, a pleasure to work with. Our home sold in two days above list and met our expected price. I fully recommend Doug as a listing or purchasing agent.

We really enjoyed getting to know Doug. He was always professional answering any question we may have had, explaining things we didn't consider and offering an unbiased opinion when we asked him. He was easy to talk to and if he didn't know an answer to a question he would find out and get back to us. We knew that we could talk to him at any time and if he was not available we could leave a message and he would call us back in a timely manner. When determining listing price he checked all houses selling in our area and how long they had been on the market so we were able to make an informed decision. Always listening to any concerns we had. We would not hesitate to recommend Doug to anyone we knew selling or buying a home.
