<p>During the time of buying the housing market was really competitive and there was not a lot of inventory available. Buying a house required quick response to newly posted houses and aggressive offers. This was a stressful situation for us being first time home buyers, however, Doug did an excellent job of responding quickly with required information. Overall he made the process extremely smooth.</p> <p>Doug did offer advice on what our options would be if negotiation was required, however, in the purchasing of our house there wasn't really any negotiating. Therefore, I'm not able to accurately rate his ability to negotiate. Otherwise, I consider his services 100% satisfactory.</p>

<p>Doug is not only a great agent but I also consider him a friend. He made buying our first home very easy and stress free! He had great knowledge of the city and and found our perfect home quickly! He took care of everything for us and made the buying process very easy. I definitely recommend him!</p>
