Doug patiently answered my many questions during the selling phase. Even though they were annoying for him, he knew the questions were important to me. In the end, everything worked out pretty much exactly how Doug said it would. His sense of humour and relaxed nature kept me calm even when things didn't go exactly as planned. Thanks again Doug!

I thought at the time that it was priced too high but my agent stuck with it because he knew what was going on in the neighbourhood. I made money on the deal which is great for me. He always phoned me before a showing so that I had time to tidy up the condo and get personal items put away. He advised to hide any important papers and so forth before a showing or open house. That was very good advice for me.<br /> My sale went through in a matter of days and this has been a very satisfactory experience.</p>

I found Doug through this website. I was buying in London for the first time and knew my budget and where I wanted to be. Doug was able to clearly explain the current buying trends in the market, the process I would be going through, and what I would need to do after the initial offer. With this information it was far easier for me to understand how quickly I would need to move if I wanted a particular property after viewing it since currently inventory is low in the area I wanted to be. He was able to quickly evaluate homes we viewed and explain how a property was over or under valued and what price it would likely sell for based on comparable properties. With his help I was able to buy the first home I put an offer on, for which I am very grateful. I would not advise trying to buy in London at this time without the guidance of a knowledgeable local realtor like Doug. Doug is very timely in his communication and answered all of my questions very quickly by phone, text, or email.
