<p>When my fiancée and I were looking for our first home we found it exceptionally difficult to navigate the market; particularly in light of the bidding wars that were going on in our area. Doug was always so calming and reassuring to us. He knew we had little knowledge of the process; but just wanted a home for ourselves to start our lives and a family. He found us the perfect home in a great neighbourhood. It was within our budget and just what we were looking for. Throughout the process he remained in touch with us always taking note of our likes and dislikes. After the sale, his follow up was impeccable.
