A great agent. This was our second transaction with Dorothy in addition to other searches that have not resulted in transactions over 15 years or so. She has consistently put our interests first and never pressured anything whatsoever. Honest and upfront. There can be many (large and small) conflicts and misaligned incentives in this industry and I can comfortably say after many years working with Dorothy that she is not susceptible to that and can be relied on in all areas, including negotiation advice and referrals for related services. Responsive and attentive but not overbearing, attention to detail, great people skills - kind while firm and skillfully diffused a tense situation during a previous transaction leaving everyone in a good place. Very solid professional. Hardworking and kind.
