Dorothy is very knowledgable and professional. She was came to me highly recommended and I am pleased to say that she did not disappoint. In our initial meeting, Dorothy spent a considerable amount of time with me to gain a full understanding of my requirements and timelines. When we went out to view properties, she would offer astute observations and ask questions that showed she was focused on those requirements. Once we found the home I wanted, Dorothy guided me through the negotiation process and again gave very good advice. She was always willing to answer any questions I had and provided me with market condition updates on a regular basis. Dorothy also worked with me on the sale of my existing home. She kept me up to date on sales in my neighborhood even though it wouldn't be listed for several months. She gave recommendations on presentation and condition of the property. She worked with me to come up with a realistic listing price and I am happy to report that we received competing offers on the first day on the market. Her hard work, advice and guidance was what made that possible! She is first rate!!

Dorothy was exceptional. Even after the sale and move-in, Dorothy was available to help us with several questions and problems. If you’re looking for a realtor who’s an expert on the city, the market, and the industry, and will educate you on every step of the process along the way, Dorothy is the right choice. She’s also a great person and she was a pleasure to get to know and spend time with. As an inexperienced home buyer, there were so many pitfalls I would have stumbled over if it wasn’t for the advice and expertise of Dorothy. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable with the process and to support us in any way we needed. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Dorothy and would recommend her without question for anyone buying or selling.

Dorothy is a knowledgeable, practical and realistic. She took us through about 12 properties at a nice relaxed pace that makes it feel as if your viewing the properties with a long time knowledgeable friend who happens to be a real estate agent.
