She kept me informed of everything and went the extra mile in giving names and setting up emails from things like the Survey Report to the Lawyer. The transaction went very smoothly with literally no stress to myself. We received the high end of the estimated value in very short time. Every question I had, no matter how silly I felt it was, was answered quickly, professionally and without judgement. Dorothy was also extremely fun to work with. She has a bubbly personality that makes you feel comfortable and trusting of her.
