We didn’t know much about real estate, and finding the perfect home felt overwhelming. But Dorothy guided us every step of the way, helping us understand our needs and sharing her valuable advice and deep professional knowledge. Everyone says that buying a house is supposed to be stressful, but Dorothy made it fun and enjoyable. She took the time to listen to us, always making us feel like we were her top priority. Our house tours with her were filled with laughter and good energy. Dorothy's dedication and patience were a blessing, and we feel so lucky to have worked with someone who genuinely cared about helping us find a home, not just a house. Dorothy was amazing in helping us sell my dad‘s house after he passed. She provided recommendations on the upgrades needed to get the best price, taking into account our small budget. She held her hand through the entire process and provided excellent counsel and provided recommendations for other estate professionals that we needed to get us through. She always answered our questions thoroughly and quickly. Plus, she’s just a very nice person. The house sold after one day of showings, at a price above asking. Highly recommended!
