Dorothy was amazing in helping us sell my dad‘s house after he passed. She provided recommendations on the upgrades needed to get the best price, taking into account our small budget. She held her hand through the entire process and provided excellent counsel and provided recommendations for other estate professionals that we needed to get us through. She always answered our questions thoroughly and quickly. Plus, she’s just a very nice person. The house sold after one day of showings, at a price above asking. Highly recommended!
