Dorthy did an amazing job, I knew the house was in rough shape so the target buyer would have to be able to do a remodel, she lined up a selection of her top clients and my 80yr old mother only had to be away from the house for 1 afternoon, we didn’t have to prep the house for multiple showings, and she got it sold in 1 day at full price. She also found the perfect new adult condo for my mother and got the perfect deal on the new place in just a few days. This lady really cares about her clients like they were her own family. She better not go anywhere in the next 20yrs because we will be using her services forever

Dorothy was extremely patient and understanding with me. She carefully listened to all my needs and selected the listings that satisfied my demands. She also took me around a few neighbourhoods to show what infrastructure they had. I was buying my first home in Canada, and she thoroughly explained to me the process of purchasing a property in Canada. Dorothy gave me very good advice on what properties to see, which persuaded me to check out the properties I wouldn't have looked at, one of which eventually became my home.
