Dawn worked with me in a seller’s market. I do not like to make major decisions quickly, but there was no room for pondering or offers with contingencies. She set up many viewings to increase my chances – something my previous agent wasn’t willing to do. A few times she said "you deserve better" to steer me straight, as I was at the point of needing a roof over my head and feeling desperate. When a property came on the market that ticked most of the boxes, she worked quickly and efficiently to schedule a viewing and put in an offer. The whole process was ridiculously quick, but it was successful. However, what stands out is when I had an issue a few months after possession. Dawn really went out of her way to investigate. She doesn't see her role ending when the papers are signed. She genuinely wants you to be at ease and love your home. I have high standards and expect professionals to deliver – Dawn did not disappoint.
