Dawn Setter (and her team) They have been our real estate agents since we moved to the Island 10 years ago. We have used them to both buy and sell real estate. Dawn has a wealth of experience in the QB / Parksville area and knows the upside/downside of the real estate values. They have been able to give us the honest lowdown on some of the transactions we presented them which allowed us to either move forward or back off. I think they are valuable assets when it comes to Island Real Estate and we will continue to use them, which is the highest recommendation of all.
