I only learned of Dawn Setter through a handyman I spoke with while walking my dog, and hired. During lunch each day he shared his experience interviewing agents for the sale of his home due to divorce. I had my own ideas regarding an agent but through continued conversation, called Dawn when circumstances in my family took a sudden change. Best decision I’ve made in years! Dawn has put together a team that keeps you constantly informed in the selling process. Her “hands on” friendly approach had me up to date on progress while quickly addressing any concerns I may have had. Dawn was very helpful as we had never sold a home before. She was knowlegable about the market value and the houses that were for sale or that had sold in the area. She staged the home perfectly and we were able to get top dollar for the house. Her guidance and assistance was top notch and we would recommend her to any home buyer/seller in the future.
