I only learned of Dawn Setter through a handyman I spoke with while walking my dog, and hired. During lunch each day he shared his experience interviewing agents for the sale of his home due to divorce. I had my own ideas regarding an agent but through continued conversation, called Dawn when circumstances in my family took a sudden change. Best decision I’ve made in years! Dawn has put together a team that keeps you constantly informed in the selling process. Her “hands on” friendly approach had me up to date on progress while quickly addressing any concerns I may have had.
