This was my second time working with Dawn Setter as my realtor. In 2020, I had the pleasure of first working with her in the sale of my late grandmother’s home, as I was handling her estate. She was so understanding, compassionate, professional, patient and made everything seamless. So when my wife finally got the opportunity to purchase something of our own, we didn’t think twice about having her represent us. Thanks to the generosity of family, we were gifted/inherited property in Victoria. With our roots and jobs firmly planted, our plan was to sell the property and purchase something in the Oceanside area. Dawn immediately jumped at the opportunity to start pointing us in the right directions, when I first reached out to her. She truly went above and beyond, took us under her wing and made sure we were well taken care of. She helped us with a referral for another great realtor in Victoria to help us with the sale of the property. Throughout the whole process she kept us updated on what was happening in our area, took us out to several showings, was always in communication with us, worked around our busy work schedules and really took the time to make sure we were satisfied and understood everything along the way. When it finally came time to pull the trigger on our future home, she kept our best interests in mind and negotiated a great offer for us, that ultimately was accepted. All that being said, I can’t fully express how thankful and grateful we are to have had Dawn on our side and how much of a pleasure it truly is every time we deal with her. We will absolutely be reaching out to her again with any future real estate endeavours. She’s got us as clients for life!

I had interviewed another real estate pair first, nice people ,but when a fellow doing some work for me shared his experience with Dawn I decided to talk with her. Best decision I’ve made in years ! Not only was Dawn prompt efficient professional and unique in a personal way , her team kept me constantly “in the loop” when appointments were scheduled and reported any feedback as a result after a visit. My only regret, I have had to move away from the island so for the time being our contact will be email but Dawn would be my first contact should I be able to return and I will refer her to anyone looking to purchase on Vancouver Island.

Dawn and her associate Petra Lindenaar were knowledgeable and quick to respond to all our needs. We got our olace and have had no issues. I definitely recommend their team!
