This is my second real estate transaction with Dawn and really, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Her knowledge of the area, negotiation and communication skills are par none. She is the calm to guide you through the real estate storm!

Although I have not worked with many real estate agents in the past, I found Dawn and her team to be a delight to work with. From her listing presentation to organizing the cleaning, removing my unwanted items & staging my home, the whole experience was painless.
