A friend told me about Dawn as he recently bought in Qualicum Beach, the best referral ever. I can't express how much I appreciate Dawn and her team. I shake as I type this, I still can't get over that I got the house I wanted with so many others wanting the same home. Dawn is very professional, helpful and clear with the buying process in such a hot and demanding buying sales market. Dawn kept me calm throughout the process and was able to find and help me and my daughter close on my perfect home.
