Dave was fantastic to work with and made the sale of my first home as easy and worry-free as possible. He took the time to understand my needs, was very proactive in advertising my home which made it both more attractive and more accessible to potential buyers, communicated frequently so I knew what was happening at all times and was always there to answer my questions. Because of his efforts, the house sold very quickly and at a price that was more than acceptable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dave to anyone in need of a realtor and will absolutely be using his services again should the need arise.

We had a great experience with Dave as our real estate agent. A month or so before we arrived in Edmonton Dave set up a portal of homes that met our criteria- he only included homes that he thought would meet our needs. He was very respectful during our entire home buying experience, never pushed us to make an offer if we were not ready. He was very flexible in his availability to view homes and even when we wanted to revisit one twice on a day when he had a wedding to attend! Once we found the perfect home he made the whole offer, inspection, information overload very easy to navigate. We highly recommend Dave if you are looking for a knowledgeable, flexible, laid back real estate agent.
