Do you want an agent that isn't pushy, really cares, responds fast and puts your interest first before making a quick sale? Dave is your guy! Dave is patient and very knowledgeable. He will tell you if there is something wrong with a house. My parents have used Dave as their relator and when it was time for my husband and I to buy our first home. We did not hesitate on using Dave as our relator again and will continue to do so. We will not trust anyone else beside Dave.

Dave not only sold our home and found us a great new one. I would recommend him to everyone that we meet. He was professional and always ready to jump when we needed him. He always kept our needs and wants in mind when he was selling our home and when were looking for our new one. His staff was amazing as well. They were quick to respond to questions and recommendations even after we closed on our new home! Dave made sure that he knew as much information about the area as well as the home we were viewing. Dave’s great! He is very good at evaluating potential purchases and noticing things which may become issues (i.e., a leak stain on a ceiling, drainage issues, or sunken concrete). He won’t pressure you into making a bad purchase and has a very good idea of the market. He also managed to sell my condo while 4 other units were for sale in the same building, getting exactly what he thought it was worth. He has done multiple sales for my extended family and we are all very happy with him. Can’t recommend him enough.
