Dave provided a consult with a home stager to help us make our home showing ready. The professional pictures taken of the home were great quality, and presented in a nice order on the listing. Some realtors pictures look like they were taken with a cel phone and the order doesn’t flow through the house. He also included a video and drone shots, nice touch. After the sale was firm he gave us a gift certificate for boxes – we had never experienced this before from other realtors and it was certainly a nice touch. After possession he provided a delicious and thoughtful gift. Throughout the entire process Dave made us feel like VIPs.

We were very impressed with Dave throughout our house searching and purchasing. Dave was exceptional at maintaining contact with us and responding to questions aptly. Dave’s knowledge of different areas in town was very beneficial for us, both in purchasing and selling our homes.

Over the past four years, Dave helped us with four real estate transactions (2 purchases and 2 sales), and in each instance, we felt very comfortable and confident in the process and the end results. Dave and his team made sure we had professional pictures taken of our home, is aware/knowledgeable of the market, and helped us get the most value for our sales/purchases. Do you want an agent that isn't pushy, really cares, responds fast and puts your interest first before making a quick sale? Dave is your guy! Dave is patient and very knowledgeable. He will tell you if there is something wrong with a house. My parents have used Dave as their relator and when it was time for my husband and I to buy our first home. We did not hesitate on using Dave as our relator again and will continue to do so. We will not trust anyone else beside Dave.
