Dave was excellent to work with. Very professional and very prepared when we met to discuss the sale of my condo. He gave me sales data for other condos in my area as well as strong reasoning for the price we decided to list with. During the showing and sales process, Dave always kept me up to date on what was going on. He was always quick to respond to texts and answered all questions that I had. When we were negotiating the sell price to the eventual buyer, Dave gave me realistic feedback on what to go back with and what a fair final price would be. Throughout the whole process, I felt Dave was working in my best interests and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else looking to buy or sell. I'll certainly be using him again for my next real estate transaction.
