Dave was a fantastic real estate agent to work with, I would highly recommend him! We were originally on the fence about going with an agent or trying purple bricks but Dave made our buying and selling experience super easy. We were looking to buy a home when the market was going wild in the spring of 2021 and probably looked at 30-40 houses. Dave always had time for us, we never felt rushed or under pressure to settle on a house. He really understood what we were looking for and ended up finding a neighbourhood we had never been in before that is absolutely perfect. He also had a lot of expertise in what to look for in a home (e.g. water damage, asbestos, plumbing/electrical issues) and I think we dodged a lot of bullets because of his knowledge. He was also very responsive to our messages even on weekends and evenings. We developed a great relationship with Dave and would definitely recommend him to anyone for buying or selling a house.

Dave provided a consult with a home stager to help us make our home showing ready. The professional pictures taken of the home were great quality, and presented in a nice order on the listing. Some realtors pictures look like they were taken with a cel phone and the order doesn’t flow through the house. He also included a video and drone shots, nice touch. After the sale was firm he gave us a gift certificate for boxes – we had never experienced this before from other realtors and it was certainly a nice touch. After possession he provided a delicious and thoughtful gift. Throughout the entire process Dave made us feel like VIPs.
