He made himself available to us when we needed him, had questions, etc. Dave was able to clearly explain the process of both selling our home and buying a new one. Dave responded quickly to messages we sent him and accommodated our schedule when looking for homes. Dave was very objective when looking for a new home and was quick to point out benefits and potential issues with the properties. Dave kept in frequent contact with us throughout the process. Dave is very personable while remaining professional at the same time. We often communicated through text or WhatsApp which was very convenient for us. David is organized, hard working and understanding to mention only a few of his qualities. I had to unfortunately sell my home of 6 years in an economy that was less then thriving. It was a tough sell but David managed to have constant interest from potential buyers: by having beautiful photos of my home with an amazing virtual tour. He made brochures and used social media to share and promote the home which I find to be most affective in the 'Covid' times were in. Whenever I had any questions or concerns he was attentive to my needs with also providing his expertise. It was a pleasure working with him and I wouldn't have any other realtor. I believe he's a right fit for all who are selling or buying any property.
