Dave was absolutely incredible to work with as we bought our first home. We spent years house hunting, and throughout that entire time he was patient, supportive, and never once made us feel pressured or rushed. He truly respected our pace and trusted our decision-making process, giving us the space to learn, ask questions, and figure out what was right for us. As first-time buyers, that trust and patience meant everything. Dave was always available to offer guidance and honest advice, but he never pushed us toward something that didn’t feel right. We always felt like he had our best interests at heart, never feeling like he was just making a sale. His professionalism, knowledge, and calm approach made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even enjoyable - truly! We’re so grateful for his support and couldn’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. We would highly recommend Dave to anyone looking for a realtor.

That's not to say he doesn't hustle because he absolutely goes the extra mile to help and advocate for his clients; and now we are in our dream home at a fair price!
