Dave has always been great. Used him on multiple transactions. Knowledgeable, quick to respond, and had good advice. I always felt he was out to represent my interests and not just to make a quick sale. During this sale he was on vacation but was always available and was giving me regular updates about showings and then working through an offer and all the steps up to possession. Very hard working and dedicated which is why I always refer him to my friends and family!
