First of all David is francophone which was so important for me because I am french. Second, he was a real advocate for me. He dealt with the seller regarding some issues of the house I wanted to buy with so much confidence and knowledge that we got what we asked for! He is very patient and do not push you to buy unless he feels confident that this is a good purchase short and long term. It is a rare quality in a world where people want to get things done quickly. He has really the interest of the buyer at heart which I did not experience with some other realtors that just wanted me to buy quickly. I will recommend him for sure to my friends!
