I am not new to real estate, but I am new to working with David Demian. Man his guy knows his stuff too well. From weekly stats, to follow up emails and calls, to some crazy technology. Interviewed 12 agents, and choose him for his upfront costs and honesty, and he didn't let us down. Sold our home in less than 12 days without conditions. And all of this in a down market. UNREAL!! He walked us through the whole process and he was always quick to communicate back to us and always made sure all our questions were answered.
