<p>I've only dealt with David on one house but he's incredibly effective. David is persistent, he keeps working and is willing to try different tactics to get the result I wanted. His guidance was invaluable during the negotiations. I would have no issues seeking him out again with my next sale and purchase, but I really like the house he's found me so I probably won't need his help again for quite some time.</p>

Also he has some really cool technology that helps him learn what my likes are and be able to automatically find the best properties suited for my liking.
