David and his team is amazing. I've been thinking of selling for a while till I decided to reach out. David is a person I had know for a few years, always kind, and always professional. We went through the evaluation process, and listed the home. We did list above market and city assessed value, and it was not an easy sell, but David and his team were by my side the whole time. Eventually we did sell, and in the time frame and budget David had Told us. Love this guy, no bull, and just the straight goods to help us sell.

David was very attentive to our needs and helped advise us appropriately when we were unsure of what things to consider in the various homes we were looking at. We were able to ask as many questions and always felt heard and respected. He definitely knows what he’s doing - you can tell he works really hard and cares about his clients. He was very quick to respond to us and worked within our time schedule. We felt extremely comfortable and in good hands with David. The whole process was easy because David is trustworthy and a great real estate agent.
