David Demian was very knowledgeable about neighbourhoods, appropriate home prices, and all of the paperwork involved. He was great at negotiating for an appropriate price as well as extra costs that may need to be included. He was also very friendly and easy to get a hold of. Highly recommended!

David was very honest and knowledgeable. He was always available when I had a question or required an update. He assisted us with my mom's rental property. Additionally, we were going to sell it and based on his valuable market insight we didn't and upgraded the house after the renters left and now my parents moved back into that house
