David Schroder is a very professional and trustworthy real estate agent in my experience. I worked with him on two real estate transactions on behalf of the Alberta Buddhist Vihara Association (ABVA), a registered charitable non-profit organization. This was in mid 2018 to mid 2019 period while I was the president of ABVA. Our organization’s needs were to search and buy a tranquil property for a meditation centre, and then to sell its previous property in Mill Woods. David helped us with both these needs. My experience with David was very positive. He showed us the pros and cons of prospective deals and guided my colleagues and me to make the right decisions instead of influencing us to close deals while overlooking important facts. This professionalism of David was very useful because I was under a lot of pressure with a very strict budget and time constraints related to both property transactions. David helped me understand data-driven facts of the market and make impartial decisions related to our specific cases. I felt privileged to have a professional like David helping me during a difficult transition period of our organization. If I come across any future need for another property purchase or sale, David will be my first consideration as my real estate agent with no doubt!
