Dave is great to work with. He took time to make sure he priced the house correctly and do the best for us. Great research and a great sale.

This is my third time working with Dave. The first was selling my parents condo and the last two times were selling my own properties. He also helped with finding a new home for me. As always Dave provided superior service. He is very knowledgeable and personable! He spent a lot of time researching the neighborhood and kept me up to date on a daily basis. His experience with closing the deal was exceptional. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor.

David was fantastic to work with! He got to know me and my family so he could better help us to find the right house! He did homework on every house we looked at to find out all he could, while looking at houses we went to the immediate neighbors to talk about the time they have been there, their opinions on the area and all the positives of the area. He was willing to do all the viewings on the weekend as I work long hours which was great! Would recommend David 10 out of 10 and would happily use him again as a realtor and highly recommend him to my friends and family!

He was available, engaged, and had a willing spirit throughout. At no time did we feel pressure to buy or any impatience with us. Quite the contrary, when we were dithering about making an offer on one property, he switched gears immediately and started looking for another condo. Highly recommended.
