I started my own company, preparing Reserve Fund Studies, in competition with all the Northern Ab. Engineers. However, After a massive Stroke, which paralyzed and hospitalized me, I had to Sell my 2 BR Condo. Unit, and Move to a Nursing Home on very Short Notice. My Realtor, who helped me Sell my last house, and buy my Condo. Unit in 2003, had passed away, so my Nurse recommended David Schroeder, who was very friendly, understanding and accommodating of my needs, and knowledgeable of gov. Regulations, Conveyancing Market, value of my Condo. Unit(He even successfully suggested raising my Asking Price), and trustworthy. I highly recommend David Schroeder.

David was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, which was very much appreciated as a first time homebuyer. He went above and beyond to visit all of the houses we were interested in, despite often having to travel to various parts of the city. He was extremely responsive and helped us to navigate a very competitive market, with multiple offers written and bidding wars. He made sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed and comfortable decision. He was able to provide us with contact information for other needed reliable professionals such as lawyers, inspectors, etc. David is friendly, professional and honest. I could not have asked for more in a realtor, in all honesty David was much more than what I expected in a realtor and I would recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
