David came highly recommended and exceeded all expectations. When we "ran out" of interesting properties, he got a bit creative, went the extra mile, and found another one--which we ended up buying. He was available, engaged, and had a willing spirit throughout. At no time did we feel pressure to buy or any impatience with us. Quite the contrary, when we were dithering about making an offer on one property, he switched gears immediately and started looking for another condo. Highly recommended.

David was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive, which was very much appreciated as a first time homebuyer. He went above and beyond to visit all of the houses we were interested in, despite often having to travel to various parts of the city. He was extremely responsive and helped us to navigate a very competitive market, with multiple offers written and bidding wars. He made sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed and comfortable decision. He was able to provide us with contact information for other needed reliable professionals such as lawyers, inspectors, etc. David is friendly, professional and honest. I could not have asked for more in a realtor, in all honesty David was much more than what I expected in a realtor and I would recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
