David provided fantastic communication, always walking us through the steps and explaining all options available to us in a way that was easy to understand. Ultimately he helped us negotiate a higher sales price than we initially anticipated from the first offers received. He even dropped everything and went to purchase a garage door remote in the final hours before the buyers possession when we realized we could not find ours. His interaction with us was pleasant and helpful. He acted on our behalf perfectly, providing a great service from start to finish.
