<p>Dave was a truly excellent realtor. He was open and willing to work with any schedule, even last-minute additions or changes. He was constantly in contact with me throughout the process and was quick to respond to any and all questions I had. He had great suggestions for finding the right place, even when you've seen half a dozen houses in one day. He also was very personable and completely willing to walk the streets around a potential home to ask questions of the neighbours and investigate the neighbourhood in general.</p> <p>I am a first time home buyer, and so I was very pleased with how Dave walked me through the process and simplified what could have been an overwhelming experience. The first offer I made on a place fell through when the sellers backed out, and Dave helped me move forward from the disappointment and then, within a week, helped me find a place that was even better for me than the first. I would recommend Dave to anyone who wants someone who is compassionate and able to help you find a perfect place within your budget and with all the things you wanted!</p>

Dave demonstrated outstanding professionalism, knowledge and dedication when he helped us find our home (in 2016) in Edmonton and once again when it came time to sell (in 2020) our home. Buying and/or selling a home can be rather stressful, but Dave's experience and calm demeanour allowed us to focus on other issues all the while knowing he had our best interests at heart. Prime example, due to my job I was transferred during the Covid 19 pandemic and Dave ensured that all agents, potential buyers, house inspectors etc all followed the Covid 19 rules that were put in place during the pandemic on the real estate market. It was an absolute pleasure working with Dave and I will continue to share Dave's name with anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home.

We found Dave to be very knowledgeable of the Edmonton area and which locations he thought would best suit our family with the criteria we gave him. He was very honest if he felt down the road it may be in an area that could get developed or would not be good for resale value. He is friendly, patient and easy to talk to and clearly wants what is best for his client. We highly recommend Dave as a realtor for the Edmonton area and will definitely pass on his name to any of our family and friends who may need a realtor in future. I was very impressed with Dave's professionalism. He was, from the start, fully committed to the whole sale process in the most positive manner, even at a lower season. He was tuned in to listening to our needs and concerns and did all he could to help, while keeping a friendly and courteous and positive manner.

Dave Schroder has been my real estate agent for 3 properties. 1. Sold a rental property in which we received top dollar in a tough market. We had quite a few parties interested and Dave navigated a bidding war flawlessly. Really happy with the outcome! 2. Sold our duplex in great time while other duplexes in the neighbourhood weren't selling. Dave had great insight into what buyers were looking for and helped steer us in the right direction to set our house up for a successful sale. He never pressured us to accept low offers but gave us the confidence to trust ourselves which resulted in a great sale. 3. Helped us with the purchase of our current home. After viewing many properties, we came back to the one that we liked most and Dave took me door to door to meet some of the neighbours in order to make sure that the community would be a good fit. That laid a great foundation as we're now getting to know our new neighbours better. My wife and I can't say enough good things about Dave. He honestly loves to help people. We appreciated how he always went beyond what we expected, was always reliable, communicated extremely well, was willing to help us with any questions we had, and was just so pleasant to deal with.
