Dave Schroder has been my real estate agent for 3 properties. 1. Sold a rental property in which we received top dollar in a tough market. We had quite a few parties interested and Dave navigated a bidding war flawlessly. Really happy with the outcome! 2. Sold our duplex in great time while other duplexes in the neighbourhood weren't selling. Dave had great insight into what buyers were looking for and helped steer us in the right direction to set our house up for a successful sale. He never pressured us to accept low offers but gave us the confidence to trust ourselves which resulted in a great sale. 3. Helped us with the purchase of our current home. After viewing many properties, we came back to the one that we liked most and Dave took me door to door to meet some of the neighbours in order to make sure that the community would be a good fit. That laid a great foundation as we're now getting to know our new neighbours better. My wife and I can't say enough good things about Dave. He honestly loves to help people. We appreciated how he always went beyond what we expected, was always reliable, communicated extremely well, was willing to help us with any questions we had, and was just so pleasant to deal with. David Schroder is a very professional and trustworthy real estate agent in my experience. I worked with him on two real estate transactions on behalf of the Alberta Buddhist Vihara Association (ABVA), a registered charitable non-profit organization. This was in mid 2018 to mid 2019 period while I was the president of ABVA. Our organization’s needs were to search and buy a tranquil property for a meditation centre, and then to sell its previous property in Mill Woods. David helped us with both these needs. My experience with David was very positive. He showed us the pros and cons of prospective deals and guided my colleagues and me to make the right decisions instead of influencing us to close deals while overlooking important facts. This professionalism of David was very useful because I was under a lot of pressure with a very strict budget and time constraints related to both property transactions. David helped me understand data-driven facts of the market and make impartial decisions related to our specific cases. I felt privileged to have a professional like David helping me during a difficult transition period of our organization. If I come across any future need for another property purchase or sale, David will be my first consideration as my real estate agent with no doubt!
