Dave is a solid realtor with vast knowledge of the industry and what homeowners are looking for. He is very personable, professional and dedicated to what he does. I have used him several times and each time he doesn't disappoint. With our most recent sale/purchase he helped every step of the way with valuable feedback, connections with local businesses and contractors, and by providing information on the process from start to finish. Dave is one of the best and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone wanting to buy or sell!

Dave worked very patiently with us for over 2 years while we made the search of our new home. We changed several things we were looking for including layout/style and looking in town to an acreage. Once we found the home we wanted Dave was very helpful in assisting through all the process of writing an offer and negotiation. He also dropped off a care package for moving at my home including moving supplies and various literature on how to make the move easier, including a bunch of things I hadn't thought of. It's been awhile since I purchased a home but my prior realtor definately didn't do that! I would recommend Dave Ryan to anyone who asks!

Dave was a great real estate agent for our family. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent as he wants to find the best fit for you. Dave didn’t push our budget or show us anything outside of our acceptable travel distances for work. His searches were highly specific to what we asked for and we will use him again without question. Apart from that, his organization is outstanding and he goes so far as to provide checklists for moving, mortgage broker assistance (if required), and lawyer suggestions. My family was operating under time constraints, but Dave got the job done quickly and efficiently!

That was big for us as when you need answers, at times you need them not now...but right now!<br /> Everything went extremely smoothly, and we were surprised as well to receive a before AND after gift from Dave of items to help us prepare for the move and then many useful items necessary to aid us in settling in our new home.<br /> I’d recommend Dave wholeheartedly to anyone who expects professionalism. I’m on the high end of fussy and Dave did not disappoint!<br /> Call him! You’ll be glad you did!</p>
