ive been dealing with dave ryan off and on for the past 10 years. from buying my first home to know selling it and buying another one. professional and stright to the point on so many levels. ive also referred him to many of my friends that have also bought and sold thur him.

Dave Ryan was great to work with. We both really liked him and felt totally comfortable in dealing with him. He suggested things we hadn't thought of, always explained his ideas ,and listened and to our point of view. We never felt rushed nor ignored. He kept us in the loop and was prompt in all his appointments. He is a man of his word. His partner/father stood in a few times and was also very pleasant to work with. Both were very courteous, upbeat and ready with the smiles. We felt much at ease and are very satisfied with our choice of who we selected to sell our home.
