Dave is very comfortable to work with, and knows the area and the market very well. His negotiation skills are top notch, easily the best we have ever worked with. Dave has a very good relationship with other agents in the area, which we feel helps keep a deal together. Dave was always on time and answered texts and phone calls very promptly which is much appreciated. From our first meeting with Dave, we have always felt we can trust his judgement.
