Working with Dave was a fantastic experience. Being buyers from out of province, we really had to rely on Dave’s knowledge and insight to the Edmonton housing market. Dave did a great job of keeping us in the loop when we were in Edmonton for a week looking at houses and that contact did stop when we were back home in Smithers. Dave is very upfront about houses that he presented to us. Some of the houses we visited where ones to show us good but also negative qualities in a home. We were on the same wavelength with the type of house we wanted and he made it possible for us to view a number of homes that fit into that framework He was a great negotiator and we felt that we got an outstanding deal in our purchase because of his skills in that area. I would highly recommend Dave as a realtor because of his honest, friendly and hardworking nature.
