James is extremely experienced and went far above and beyond for us. He never pressured us to accept offers that didn’t meet our goals. When the buyer asked for a price adjustment, James worked hard to hold the line and protect our price. It was clear he was focused on getting us the best possible outcome, even though it made no difference to his commission. James and Team Elfassy also covered the staging costs, which made a huge difference. Excellent value and a great experience overall!

Muiz Awan- hard to describe the experience we just had. First off, moving from the other side of the country is difficult enough as it is. But it is made 1000x easier with someone like Muiz to help you. Some people don’t give tenants time but Muiz prioritizes you and works for you. Working while he was away, great communication, it always felt like we had someone on the ground here working to help us. Always honest, to the point, and full of integrity.
