I was recently tasked with selling a condominium with a tight timeline in a very saturated market. I contacted the David Elfassy Real estate team (as I used them to sell my house ten years ago), and they sprung into action. David told me everything that needed to be done to facilitate a sale. He then assigned his top-rated team leader, Steve Hazout and from the time of the listing to the final sale, it took 8 days. Steve's professionalism, sensitivity to the timeline, negotiation skills and, most importantly, empathy for the entire process were second to none. These guys score a perfect 10/10. I recommend this team for all your buying and selling of real estate needs.
