He was also the Landlords real estate agent, which he did disclose to us.</p> <p>So he was clear and concise in his communications and honest (esp. since he was acting as both parties' real estate agent) about the pros and cons.</p> <p>We have used several other Real Estate agents before, and we easily prefer Dave over all the others.</p> <p>We tried to use him again (in mid-2012) when we purchased our new home (through a builder); however, the builder would not allow Real Estate agents to be part of the purchasing process.</p>
