Chris went above and beyond to ensure we got the house we wanted.He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area which was really useful to us as we were not from Ontario. I would recommend Chris to everyone looking to buy or sell a house. If I decide to sell I will be contacting Chris again.

<p>Chris took the time to understand our reasons for selling our home after 36 years and made excellent suggestions on how to make our home appealing to buyers on everything from nixing the bath mat to dusting the cold air returns. He made suggestions on home improvements that would gain us thousands of dollars where other agents we interviewed told us to leave everything as it was. Chris was more interested in the extra money in our pockets than the little extra he would earn in commission on those improvements.His attention to detail really showed in the promotional material and we had many, many compliments on our agent from family and friends. They just couldn't believe how far above our experience was to they're last home sale. When our home sold, he was ready to go every time we saw something and wasn't afraid to point out when we were in danger of settling when we were out bid on our first several offers. We move in to our new home next week and look forward to living close to our son and his family in this next stage of our lives and I know that when we are ready to scale down again, Chris is the agent we will be turning to to guide us on that journey.</p>
