Christopher was exceptional. Nelson and I met him when he was showing a house to us. We did not have an agent. We immediately wanted Christopher to sell our house. He has a proven track record for getting the price, terms, dates... All of it. He went to work immediately and sold our house within hours, above asking price. Christopher has done so many things that I don't believe any other agent would do for their clients. It's more than an extra mile. His positive energy matched ours and every exchange was a good experience. I was impressed by how much knowledge he has. Christopher took some awkward moments (created from outside sources) and he came up with creative solutions. I have told everyone about his abilities and I know we will use him on our next home purchase.

Beginning with the initial meeting, through the marketing of my home for sale and eventual purchase of a new home, Chris was there every step of the way. He was always available to answer my many questions and offered advice when appropriate. He never pressured me into taking steps I wasn’t willing to take. When looking for a home to purchase, Chris knew when it wasn’t what I was looking for. He was supportive when offers on potential purchases were not accepted and reassured me that the right one would be found, so we continued the search. The eventual purchase of a new home was completed without issue. Chris was even available on moving day to solve problems. In my opinion Chris went above and beyond what was required of him in providing this service. It was a pleasure to work with Chris and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home and/or buy a new one.
