Chris was an extremely intelligent, and helpful agent - and was the perfect agent for us! We moved out of province, and if it wasn't for Chris' networking skills - we wouldn't have sold our home for over asking, with one showing, and before ever hitting the market. But that's all it takes when you have the best agent working for you! We would recommend Chris to any of our friends and family, but also to anyone who is interested in relocating!

Although we sometimes felt overwhelmed, during each step of our home buying process, we could always turn to Chris to answer our questions, even the questions that we didn't know we should ask. He always answered us when we texted or called, and never made us feel stupid. He made sure we understood every paper we signed and why we were signing it, and he also advocated for us when making offers. We have been living in our new house for 3 months, and are so happy to have made this our home. We would certainly recommend Chris to anyone who is in need of a realtor!
