It has been enduring experience working with Chris. He went out of the way to help us to get us the extensions. He helped us even on the weekends to get this deal done, he is person of value and knowledge. He knows what he is doing. In the beginning when we were looking for houses,Chris was punctual and inspected the houses beforehand. Showed us houses as per our taste and budget. We are fully satisfied and happy with the services.

To put it simply, Chris is a miracle worker. Despite entering a frightfully competitive seller's market with no knowledge, Chris gave us solid advice, instilled hope all along the way, and generated a lot of confidence in his ability to get the job done. He not only helped us sell our home for asking - but helped us find our dream home within a nightmarish time-frame of a week! He is incredibly punctual (even with his rigorous schedule), was prepared with masks and gloves for us to use throughout the pandemic, and would relay any and all information about listings and status with immediacy. Having worked with several real estate agents in the past, Chris is the only one I would definitely hire again and is undoubtedly at the top of our recommendations list. He is phenomenal.
