As an immigrant I had very little knowledge of home buying in Canada but was very fortunate to meet Chris who guided me through purchasing 2 homes and selling 1. Chris is very patient, which is exactly what we needed in our position. He was a wealth of knowledge in choosing the ideal area for us to settle, and was invaluable in helping us understand what we were looking for. I can't overestimate the gaps between real estate in the UK and here, poor Chris had to explain how furnace systems work, lake fees, what to expect in winters and successfully translated that into exactly what we needed in a property. After finding us our ideal home (twice, we were fortunate enough to be able to upgrade after a few years), he did a very good job negotiating not only the price but the ideal terms for us. He's a genuinely nice guy that won't leave you with the feeling you were pressured into anything, be that a purchase or sale. He prioritizes making sure you have the right home, at the right price, and does very well on the negotiating side to make that happen. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
