My wife and I found Chris very personable and honest. He did not pressure us to buy (we "worked " with him for over a year). We knew which condo building we wanted to be in and Chris kept us informed when units came up for sale. His negotiating skills are excellent and was able to get a very good deal for us. We consider him as a friend.

We had been on email with Chris for about 5 years before we had even met him. We were planning on relocating back to Calgary from Red Deer and he kept us informed on all properties for sale that we might be interested in. He was very very attentive to what we were looking for and the price we had in mind. He also checked the area that would be suitable for us for our specific needs . When we sold our house in Red Deer we came down to Calgary and met with Chris to view the properties that he thought would be of interest to us. These properties were exactly the type were interested in and the price was as well. We finally decided on a unit in a new complex in the exact area he had chosen for us. He helped us with negotiating the price all the upgrades and even kept us informed on the building process. Chris came with us to the walk through for the inspection on three different occasions including the final one. Chris was very attentive to our needs and still keeps us informed on properties for sale and all what is going on in the markets today. We were very blessed to have Chris as our realtor. He is very professional, knowledgeable,friendly and caring person. He also works very hard to please his clients. I would definitely recommend Chris as he is an exceptional realtor as he goes above and beyond the call of duty for his clients.

My purchase of my new home was made while I was still living in another province. Chris’s ability and knowledge made this an extremely positive and effective transaction. Although rules and laws are slightly different from province to province he was able to guide me through understanding the Alberta purchase with great clarity giving me the utmost confidence in the deal. He was quick to respond to any inquiries (in fact he gave me advice on my sale in my own province as well!!) and made sure I understood the answer. He managed to package his business acumen in a causal and friendly manner without any loss to his professionalism. Thanks Chris for doing and being what real estate agents ought to be!!!

Chris was a fantastic partner and made things so easy to for us to complete our house purchase in Okotoks even though we were living over a 1,000 kilometers away. He managed everything over the entire 9 month period from offer to close. We felt so comfortable working with Chris and he kept us updated at every turn. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Chris.

He examined the build quality of the house we were looking to purchase and provided valuable information. He made sure to direct us to a property that would meet our needs and personality and did not simply steer us to property to get a sale.
