Chris is a great person and very easy to deal with. I had known him for just short of 10 years and has been very friendly to me even that I am a stranger and did not meet. 7 years later, finally when decided to sell my home we met and that trust relationship continued. during that decade, Chris has provided me with powerful search tools and valued advise that helped me make the right decision and getting best value for my money. I had no knowledge in the north American market, over bout 10 years, Chris has constantly spent hours with me on phone and email addressing my questions and answering my queries. I have to say he is a hard working realtor and will be there when you need. I am so far very happy with my purchase, Chris helped me sell my 1 bed apartment and buy a new wonderful home. can't thank him enough. he has stepped in and helped me through my sale even that is low price and does not yield much commission. Chris has showed me many homes and never pressured me in my decision, over multiple years allowed me to purchase when market price was favorable to me.Chris is a reality gem!
