This was my first time buying a home and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and never made me feel bad for asking so many questions. Communication was great throughout the whole process and I never had any issues getting in touch with him at any point. I would happily recommend him to friends and family for any of their real estate needs. His easy going nature and charm was greatly appreciated! Thank you Chris for helping us find our first home!!

Chris Ashby is the best to handle your Real Estate needs.Our move was a big one as we are moving from Ontario to High River Alta.We started to plan aprox a year and a half before, and Chris sent me homes to view on line.When we decided to take a trip to view homes, Chris lined up the parade and off we went. The handy thing he did was to give me a copy of all the listings and we were able to view each one with the details as we went to each home.This also came in handy at the end of the day when returning back to our daughters to review them with notes we had made.Chris had our wants, needs, and have to haves down pat, and showed different price ranges .We viewed 10 properties and within 2 days made our choice.This was great as we had the rest of the time to enjoy our family in Calgary.If you are looking for a non pushy, easy going, and very knowledgeable professional Chris Ashby is you man.He even connected us with a Law firm that we were able to sign our documents in Ontario on line.
