Christine is a very positive person and it was a pleasure to work with her. From the very beginning when we first met it was obvious that we've chosen the right person. We were first time home buyers and Christine spent almost 3 hours with us when we first met. She is always happy to hear you!! Which is very important. Christine is always on time, and answered all the phone calls/messages on time. We highly recommend Christine Hill to be your real estate agent!

We entered the calgary market with limited understanding of the trends and very clear focus on what we want from our new home. Christine was referred to us by very close friends and she did not disappoint from the start. She will not push you to take a decision, listen to your needs, provide good advice and will always be there for any questions or concerns. Even though we decided to go for a new build, she was with us through every appointment, providing us with all the input we should consider when designing the house. Christine also helped us coordinate with the builder when things were delayed or we had other issues. It’s been a 1+ year journey for us building the home with Cedarglen and we have been very thankful to Christine for all time and effort during that time .. Working with Christine was simply amazing. She came highly recommended by one of our closest friends who also had an excellent home buying experience with her. We were struck by her confidence and positivity the first time we met her. She knows the market , she knows builds and she knows how to get the best for her clients. AND she isn’t pushy like the other realtors we had met before her ( quite a few ) . We knew she was the one for us within 10 minutes of meeting her. We were not able to find anything we liked in our budget which couldn’t require a considerable renovation ( which we weren’t up for ) that’s when we decided to build with one of the reputed builders in SW. Having Christine on our team was a blessing. She went to every single meeting with us - starting from the sale, to pre construction, to design choices to re selections and finally possession. Her experience was invaluable as she told us exactly what would or wouldn’t add value to the home, what looks good and what doesn’t. Throughout the process ( which eventually got frustrating because of covid related delays ) , Christine advocated for us and made sure the builder’s team was not complying with our wishes. There were a few times when we had to make reselections because of supply chain issues and Christine was ready to go shopping with me again if I didn’t find things I liked. And slowly after many delays we made it to Possession Day , where she was present to congratulate us . I have to add, we went through several personal tragedies during this time frame and Christine went above and beyond to support us through those. Her warmth and kindness shine through in her personality. I would not hesitate even for a second to recommend her. In fact we did recommend her to several friends who also cannot stop singing her praises. Christine is the best !!
