I was buying with Christine. She is one of the best real estate professionals in Calgary. I liked her experienced and honest approach, negotiation skills, availability, and simply being a nice person on my side to guide me through buying my first home in Canada. My case was complicated by the issues with financing of my purchase. Christine helped me by defending my interests and made everything possible for this purchase to be closed. And on top of that, we were able to lower the price by $6000 below asking, which is nearly impossible in the current hot market in Calgary.

Christine is just excellent! She embodies what a really good real estate agent should look like. Bar-none the best. Her efforts into the fine details of a huge financial life impact and her personal commitment to getting the best offer for us was exemplary. I just have to say wow! I was surprised and pleased to find she had a folder of the steps involved in selling a home. Since I hadn't been in the market for over 30 years, this readable and informative material was very reassuring. One of her great strengths was ensuring that I had a clear understanding of what was involved with every stage of the move-especially financially. Since I had had unfortunate experiences with realtors in the past, this ethically grounded and transparent procedure was a great relief. She was always available to answer questions or provide information. </p> Negotiating the sale of my home required real skill. Christine consulted with me at each stage of the process-for example, we discussed carefully the pros and cons of holding Open House showings. I hadn't realized I would have a choice in such matters. She helped me negotiate with lawyers and managed the buyers with a delicate but firm hand. </p> With her work, I sold my house quickly at full asking price. Christine advised and consulted. And she did so with interest, warmth, and patience. She's energetic and fun, which made the whole fraught experience of selling one's home as stress-free as possible. </p> I recommend her without reservation.
