Christine is absolutely amazing realtor. Very knowledgeable about both condos, attached and detached houses, old and new, she is super versatile. She has a ton of experience and is able to speak to any aspect of the process, or even about the any aspect of any given home you are looking at. She is very detail oriented, super well organized and a great communicator. She has what seems like infinite amount of patience, and is willing to do a ton of leg work to find just the perfect house for us. We absolutely loved working with Christine, and we are coming back next time we need a realtor.

If I could give her 10 stars instead of 5, I would. Christine is not a typical transactional money-minded real estate agent. She has been our friend, advocate, advisor, philosopher and guide throughout the process. We have known her for the past 4 years and we have had 3 transactions with her and numerous house viewings. At no point did she appear impatient or pushy. She was always by our side whenever we needed her and played whatever role we needed her to play. I wish all real estate agents would be like her. She single handedly improves the reputation of the industry.

I would recommend Christine. She was an excellent agent. We communicated for almost 2 years before selling our rental property. She was always willing to appraise it and communicate about the market. She never pushed us to sell until the time was right for us. Her communication was very prompt and she never missed anything, she was very present during the active selling process. She was able to connect us to lawyers and do the sale from a distance.
