I work primarily and substantially in residential re-sale of homes and condos, although I have also worked with builders for clients looking to purchase new or build from scratch and have done substantial work in country residential (acreage) sales. I have experience in how to deal with the details of permits, water/well issues, road accesses, subdivision, and condo documents (bylaws, special levies, etc). I am experienced with the Calgary communities but have also had numerous transactions in Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, Strathmore, Okotoks, High River and Crossfield. I work with first-time buyers, sellers, families, investors looking to rent or 'flip' properties (usually foreclosures) and those looking to retire and down-size.
In my personal life, I have bought and sold, built from scratch and have had tonnes of experience in renovating, so I know what it is like to be on the 'client' side of things as well.
