Having bought and sold properties for many years brought me in touch with different realtors. Christine Hill was by far the best. Christine was the epitome of efficiency, knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. She is direct, straight forward and tells it like it is so you know right where you stand and as such she makes it very easy to make decisions regarding any property in question. She listed and sold two properties for me in record time. These were properties I had previously listed with other realtors who were unable to produce results. When it comes time to sell my personal properties, she will be the realtor of choice and hopefully she will still be available. She gets my 110% recommendation.

We have used about a dozen agents over the last 40 years and without a doubt Christine is the best. We used her for a clutch of transactions in tough market conditions and came away pleasantly satisfied. She gave excellent advice and marketed enthusiastically. She did everything--everything and more!--she promised. And she did this when she said she would do it. Real estate deals can be stressful some times, and boy can she give comfort and calming advice--just what you need to help carry a deal to its end. We moved to BC and our only complaint is that she did not move to our new community so she'd be available to us here. Dangit!
